This is a beautiful 3.46 carat diaspore necklace. The setting and chain are both made from solid 14 yellow gold.

Gemstone Fact: almost all diaspore comes from turkey and most commonly it takes the form of yellow, green or purple. However, in 2020 a new deposit of diaspore was found in Afghanistan this type of diaspore is rare and is pink in color. It is currently unknown how much of this deposit will produce gemstone quality diaspore so this stone is a great collectors item.
