This is a beautiful 1.09 carat certified natural yellow sapphire necklace, with a colored diamond accent. The setting and chain are both made from 14k yellow gold.
 
The center sapphire was certified by the Canadian Gem Lab Appraisal Services in Toronto Canada. The certification will come with the necklace. The retail replacement value of the yellow sapphire alone was $650 (excluding the 14k yellow gold chain and the red diamond accent).
